WHERE HAS THE TIME GONE?
How time flies...its been so long since ive written anything, I wore the dark cloak of depression for far too long. But its off now. I cant say that it wont come back. It might who knows? I have fought a long hard battle to get back to my old self. The happy self. The one that laughs. The world tried to steal my laugh and indeed it won for awhile. But im slowly getting back there, Into the light. Brightning my soul, turning the shine on. Who said life was easy?
I watch a serial where the young heroine writes daily in her diary. Exactly like i used to. Her thoughts, her poems, her crazy self talk. I did all those things. I want to be that crazy heroine of my life again. I want to write down my crazy thoughts, I want to never allow another human being to steal my smile again. I want to be that girl from the tv show who makes people smile after they read her advice, who makes people laugh out loud after they read her silly jokes. Who brings joy to others.
Before time flies away from me again...i want to LIVE.
AND WHEN SHE THOUGHT IT WAS ALL LOST
A BIG BRIGHT STAR FELL FROM THE SKY
IT LANDED AT HER FEET AND BURST
AND HAPPINESS FILLED HER ENTIRE BEING
THE UNIVERSE GAVE A CLAP OR TWO
AS SHE EMBRACED THE JOY OF THE NEW...........
